FIRST TIME, WHAT TO EXPECT

On the day of your first visit, you will be greeted and asked to fill out a short patient and history form. Upon completion of your forms, the doctor will review your history and evaluate your condition, followed by treatment. At the end of your session, you will be given recommendations to incorporate into your daily lifestyle.
